 A User may be considered fraudulent or loss to business due to fraudulent activity if any of the following scenarios are met:

      • Users doesn't reply to the payment verification mail sent by Dashnjess.com
      • Users fails to produce adequate documents during the payment details verification
      • Misuse of another Users's phone/email
      • User uses invalid address, email and phone no.
      • User with a very high return rate
      • Overuse of a voucher code
      • Use of a special voucher not tagged to the email ID used.
      • Users returns the wrong product
      • Users refuses to pay for an order
      • Repeated request for monetary compensation for fake/used order
      • Users involved in the snatch and run of any order
      • Miscellaneous activities conducted with the sole intention to cause loss to business/revenue to Dashnjess.com

    We may cancel any order that classify as 'Bulk Orders'/'Fraud orders' under certain criteria at any stage of the product delivery. An order can be classified as 'Bulk Order'/'Fraud Order' if it meets with the below mentioned criteria, and any additional criteria as defined by this policy :

      • Products ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale
      • Multiple orders placed for same product at the same address, depending on the product category.
      • Bulk quantity of the same product ordered
      • Invalid address given in order details
      • Any malpractice used to place the order
      • Any promotional voucher used for placing the 'Bulk Order' may not be refunded
      • Any order paced using a technological glitch/loophole.

    You shall not use any "deep-link", "page-scrape", "robot", "spider" or other automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy or monitor any portion of the Platform or any Content, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Platform or any Content, to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents or information through any means not purposely made available through the Platform.     SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

     We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel any orders and quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. The Delivery Address and Details of an order can only be changed before the dispatch of your orders . Once your order is dispatched and are in transit , their delivery address and details cannot be changed .To make any such changes before your order is dispatched you may contact our team by either of the methods provided on the contact page . In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to cancel or limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

    We do not facilitate business to business transaction between Sellers and business customers. You are advised to refrain from transacting on the Platform if You intend to avail the benefits of input tax credit.

     If you have used Cash on Delivery as a payment method, Your Order will be verified by our executives over the mobile number that you have provided.3 attempts will be made to verify your COD order, till 1 day after you have placed your order. Your order will only be shipped after phone verification is successfully completed.  In case phone verification is unsuccessful, your COD Order will be cancelled & you will be intimated of the same over email provided to us . Cash on Delivery is not yet available for all pin codes. Currently we cannot deliver orders to PO box numbers. If there's no physical address to deliver your order , the order will be auto cancelled. COD orders are currently limited to Order value limits. Any COD orders above these limits ,will be auto cancelled. The order amount has to be paid in full at the time receiving the package and signing the delivery sheet. The COD package should be opened before the payment is made to verify the contents of the package at the time of taking the delivery. The PREPAID package should be opened  to verify the contents of the package at the time of taking the delivery . 

    Rejections / Non acceptance of COD orders by customers at the time of delivery will negatively impact their order history and COD facility for future orders may not be available for these customers .  COD orders placed by negatively impacted customers due to past COD order rejections / non acceptance , may require prepayment for their future orders or their orders may be cancelled with / without prior intimation . 

    We reserve the right to refuse any order  ( PREPAID / COD ) you place with us without any prior intimation . 

     You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information , including complete billing and shipping addresses and mandatory valid and complete mobile phone number of the person placing the order and  the person to whom the product delivery is addressed to ,  for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

    In case any of the above information is not provided by you or is incorrect or incompletely provided at the time of placement of order  , we reserve the right to cancel your order at any stage of the order cycle with /  without any prior intimation .
