Basic Terms of Returns Policy ( Terms and Conditions Apply )
The following basic returns policy is applicable to all items sold on dashnjess.com.
- Please place your return request within the return policy period . ( Current Return Policy Period : Within 3 Days of the delivery the product ) .
- Return request placed after expiry of Return Policy Period of 3 days will be denied .
- Return the product in the Original Brand Retail box / price tag,
- Return the product in the Original UNDAMAGED / UNTORN / UNCUT packing
- Return the product with The Invoice .
- IMPORTANT : Items must be returned in new and unused condition with all the original packing and contents , or else REFUNDS MIGHT NOT BE ISSUED
- For Branded and Imported items , any returns and replacement will be initiated only after recognition of defect and acceptance from the Brand Manufacturer / Importer .
- In case a fake or different product is returned , the Brand Manufacturer / Importer may initiate the necessary proceedings as deemed fit at their end.
- Please check the applicability of Return / Refund / Replacement of your product which is listed on product pages before placing your return request .
Charges / Monetary Deductions on Return , Refund and Cancellation
In case of Returns, Refunds, Replacements and Cancellations the following deductions will be applicable :
a.) Shipping Charges: Both Forward and Return Shipping charges as per actuals will be deducted from the invoice value and will not be refunded . For Women Apparel the Forward and Reverse Shipping charge deduction will be a total of Rs.199/- for all orders .
b.) A Sum of 20 % of Order Value : will be deducted from the Total Invoice Value of the order as Payment Processing Fees + Order Handling Fees , and remaining amount will be refunded back ( after deduction of both forward and return shipping charges as mentioned above .)
Mode of Refund Payments
- All Refund payments are processed through NEFT mode only , for which the Buyer will need to provide their following Bank Account Details at the time of refund approval .
- Once the refund transfer is initiated we will provide you with the NEFT Transfer details for you reference .

5.) Bank Branch Address.
Time Frame of Refunds
Refunds will only be processed Once we receive the returned product/s back and verify all the returned parts at our Return Processing Center .

- Novelty items ,( NON RETURNABLE )
- Beauty Products ,( NON RETURNABLE )
- Health and Groceries ,( NON RETURNABLE )
- Oral care items,( NON RETURNABLE )
- Edible items, some consumable items and items marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page are non-returnable
- Food,( NON RETURNABLE )
- Flowers,( NON RETURNABLE )
- Newspapers or magazines ( NON RETURNABLE )
- Hazardous materials, ( NON RETURNABLE )
- Flammable liquids or gases.( NON RETURNABLE )

- Screen guards, screen protectors and tempered glasses ( NON RETURNABLE )
- Pet food supplies, harnesses, aquarium supplies, pet shampoos/ conditioners. ( NON RETURNABLE )
- Balls , Aerobic training machines like treadmills, exercise bikes, home gyms/ multi gyms, massage machines, all inner apparel, socks, gym supporters and guards, table tennis tables, billiards/ pool/ snooker/ other large game tables, all bicycles, punching / boxing bags and items marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page are non-returnable
- Sports, Fitness and Outdoors ( NON RETURNABLE )
- All PC components, listed as Components under "Computers & Accessories" are non-returnable and hence, not eligible for returns
- Products that are labeled as non-returnable on the product detail pages are not eligible for returns
- For software-related technical issues or installation issues in items belonging to the Software category, please contact the brand directly.
- Any luggage items with locks must be returned unlocked.
How do I Return an Item ?
- Before placing your Return ,Replacement or Refund request , please check if your product is eligible for the same . All Orders and products sold are subject to the applicability of Return / Refund / Replacement conditions which may be listed on product pages and or in the Returns and Refund Policy .
- Login to your Account you created before placing your order .
- Locate your Order Number you wish to return and click the Return tab against listed against that order .
- In the Order Return Request Form , enter your order number , email address , Mobile number and Return reason, in the fields and click Submit
- Please place your return request within the policy period. ( Return Policy Period : Within 3 Days of the delivery the product ) .
- Return request placed after expiry of return period of 3 days will be denied.
